PAINTED HILLS COTTAGE
(Sleeps 6-8)
     The Painted Hills Cottage, surrounded by an exceptional garden can sleep six people. It has two and ½ bedrooms furnished with comfortable queen and full size beds as well as a sofa hide a bed. The spacious living room / dining room is flooded with light and features comfortable furniture, an extra sofa hide bed, a wonderful old wood stove, a TV with a DVD/VCR player, and a writing desk. For your entertainment, we also offer you a great selection of foreign, classic, and award winning movies. The country style kitchen is bright and sunny. It is well stocked with all the equipment you need to whip up something special and to enjoy cooking. We provide you with the basic condiments, fine herbs and ethnic spices, as well as gourmet cookware. The bathroom has been remodeled and features a spacious walk in shower with a powerful rain-shower head, and custom built wood cabinets. The barn has been remodeled into a game room that connects the two vacation cottages, and is available to hang out, play games, or lay on the comfy couch to watch movies on an extra TV/VCR set. The garden has an outdoor dining area with a shade providing umbrella.  Garden lawn chairs and benches placed throughout the garden are provided for your leisure.

PAINTED HILLS COTTAGE RATES
Rates are for 2-5 people. For any additional guest add $10/night

• $115 - weekday
• $125- weekend day – two nights minimum stay
• $695 - week

• Cleaning fee:
  $35 for 1-2 guests,
  $50 for 3-5 guests,
  $65 for 6-8 guests
• $2 - night city tax
• $10 - pet fee/day
• Long time renting can be negotiated! 

PAINTED HILLS COTTAGE AMENITIES

• Wireless Internet  Service is available in the cottage with the code paintedhillsvacation.

• All rooms benefit from the air-condition.

• The water from the tap is drinkable (and very good actually!) as it comes from the town’s own mountain spring.

• Telephone service is available for local calls. Please bring a phone card for your long distance calls. 

Kitchen: gas stove with oven, coffee machine, coffee-grinder, rice- cooker, Senseo espresso machine, blender, refrigerator, toaster, electrical water-kettle, gourmet cookware, Chinese wok, utensils, dishes for 8, basic condiments, herbs & spices.

Living Room: air-condition, big screen TV with DVD & VCR, great movie selection, comfy seating for 6, hide- a- bed sofa (can sleep two), decorative wood stove, working desk

Bedroom 1: queen size bed with excellent mattress, European down comforter, linens provided, drawers, wardrobe, reading chair and lamp

Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed, both with excellent new mattresses, European down comforters, fluffy pillows, drawers, linens provided, reading chair and lamp

Extra Bedroom:  this small light flooded room is joined to Bedroom 1 by a sliding door and has a cozy sofa hide bed that can accommodate 2 more guests.  It’s set up as a reading room. Children love it!

Dining Room: Seating for 6, stereo system

Bathroom:  recently remodeled white tiled bathroom with large walk in shower, rain showerhead, custom build wood cabinets, vanity mirror, sink, shelf, first aid cabinet with basic necessities. Soap, toilet paper, & towels are provided.

Garden: lawn chairs, sun-umbrella, children pool, benches & garden furniture, and new Australian style barbecue

Laundry Room: shoe shelves, wash machine, laundry sink, cleaning supplies. A dryer is available in a separate laundry room behind the Barnroom. Clothes lines are in the garden.

Barn-room (available for both houses): selection of games, woodstove, supply of firewood, seating for six, sofa, small TV with VCR, library of books and videos. The barn can sleep two more children in a cinch.
